Ode to New Orleans~
Reviewer: mrbassman56, San Francisco, Califo
"Let me come home to New Orleans." A beautiful and soulfull ode to the recently devistated city with an incredible musical legacy. As this woman sings "there is only one New Orleans.." Excellent vocal arrangement with beautiful harmony and clever counterpoint in a gospel blues vein.

-Nice Voice!~
Reviewer: tata_nana_yaya, Bemidji, Minnesota
Review of Hell's Kitchen: Sounds like soul...kind of like Aretha Franklin mixed with Whitney Houston.

TLC sound~
Reviewer: art_teacher_mj, Bemidji, Minnesota
Review of Where Truth Lies: TLC sound...maybe Diana Ross and the Supremes This instantly reminded me of TLC, but the vocals sound more like Diana Ross and the Supremes. Nice song has a real good feel to it. Pretty vocals! Great

Harmony~
Reviewer: mazgaz, Melbourne, Australia
Review of One New Orleans: I like the harmony in the begining and the beauty continues all the way through. Nice to hear such a beautiful arrangement and a great combination of vocals.

Right in your face right from the start with ... lovely harmonies, and a nice feel track. This is an uplifting song with nice interesting changes.

I love this R n B~
Reviewer: xlyric, Detroit, Michigan
Review of Hells Kitchen: I love this r n b category... because there is a LOT OF TALENT HERE! Reminds me of old school music. I like the song... I like the vocals... I like the message... I like that it's deep... the song is well put together and sounds good... the vocalist has good vocal control... there is a lot of clarity in her vocals. GOOD JOB!

One New Orleans~
Reviewer: GeomanTree, San Juan, Puerto Rico
Nice intro. Good sound and nice chorus. There's only ONE no doubt. Good backing vocals and lead singing.

That's it sista!~
Reviewer: GeomanTree, San Juan, Puerto Rico
Hell's Kitchen is a Hot number. Great voice, strong retro sound. I’m liking the chorus and second voice. Great work!

R & B Sade-esque~
Reviewer: aintsobad3, New York
R & B, Sade-esque beginning and a drum beat that works. Female vocalist is very strong, along with the background vocals. Excellent mix. Clean and precise. Good licks on the synth throughout (especially the horns). This piece is a breath of fresh air to hear. Want more. I especially like the repetitive vocals near and into the end.

Rock on!~Reviewer: D_J_R, Pomona, California
Where Truth Lies! Nice smooth rock feel to it. Vocals are clear and strong. I love the guitar riffs that complement your vocals. Very good vocal arrangement. Adlibs are superb! THE TRUTH LIES IN YOUR VOICE! "Awesome" voice! Keep on doing what you do!

A breath of fresh air ~
Reviewer: poject
Chris, keep doing you. I'm first in line for an autograph. explosive CD. Vocals are tight as Fort Knox..Music is Raw the way it ought to be, simplisticly hot

Soul~
Reviewer: - Gigimon; Albuquerque, New Mexico
Love to hear powerhouse voices! I like the lyrics. You know how to flow to the music. Unique style!

nice intro~
Reviewer: - gridlocc; Sacramento, California
I like the intro to this track, phat baseline followed by very nice vocal, tight groove.

Jazzy ~
Reviewer: - bkoolyn; Tuscaloosa, Alabama
I can see the vocal power you have. I see the jazzy feel this track has as well. Keep up the music. Make music don't let music make you.

nice vocals ~
Reviewer: - scariella; New York
Good job on the vocals. Bass in the mix is nice-thumpin. Very original. I'm feelin the rain sound in the backround. Nice touch to fit the mood.

Another flawless voice~
Reviewer: - AlexanderG ; Rome, Italy
Cool intro with the sound of the sea, a storm in the air and the driving rain. It immediately sets out an interesting atmosphere.
Then a beautiful and sweet female voice comes into the song nicely, merging perfectly with the keyboards' sound. Good voice, excellent range and incredible control of the voice. She really knows how to sing. Another flawless female performance. Wow, shivers down my back.
The melody is nice, Good arrangement and musicianship. The choice of sounds is very original.
Overall, a very good song in its genre.

thoughtful~
Reviewer: - mochunk, Chicago, Illinois
Review of Rain by Garageband Gold Member: Thoughtful and not overdone vocals make this a better listening grooving song. I'd love to hear it with a live band. Nice pipes girl!

Reviewer: - krunch, long beach, california
review of rain by garageband gold member: the storm sample ... that's cool. i like the vocals too. not bad at all....and that voice.... is so sweet!!!

heart~
Reviewer: - Uncle_Daddy, Brushton, New York
Review by Garageband Gold Member: Sound effects are cool. Bass is tight. Keys are of the hook. Singer sounds hot. I picture her wearing a long dress with a slit on one side up to her thigh and singing while lying on top of a piano.

Smooth~
Reviewer: - reginaldec1237, Sugar Hill, Georgia
Review of Rain by Garageband Gold Member: I would love to hear a high fidelity version of this. The bass hits in the verse remind me of the Stylistics "People Make the World Go Round". After that, however, it takes on a life of it's own in a smooth bridge and chorus. Well done

Nice sound effects in intro~
Reviewer: - powderdusk, Lower Mainland, British Columbia, Canada span>
Very nice. Funky bass line with the drums. This song got my head moving. Nice vox, sexy sound. Vocals are a cross between Erykah Badu and Cassandra Wilson. Solid.

A nice little jazzy R&B Track ~
Reviewer: - LifelineProject, Oceanside, New York
Review of Rain by Garageband Gold Member: This is a nice little jazzy R&B Track. The vocals are outstanding, and the singer has a nice range. The track seemed to draw me in more and more. The vocals are incredible, especially at the end. The arrangement is incredible. It reminds me of Vivian Greene, and this song is ready for primetime. It's definetly a must have track. The Lyrics are tasty and the delivery really brings the vocals to life. The melody is amazing. The beat is tight, and I felt like i was in a jazz nightclub. It gave me the feeling of a tight band and incredible blues/jazz/R&B singer. The track is truely amazing.

Thank God for the Rhodes ~
Reviewer: - lordbygon, Bologna, Italy
Review of Rain by Grageband Gold Member: Probably I am reviewing r'n'b songs because I know that every two or three songs I will find a soulful and sophisticated mood lead by a Fender Rhodes keyboard.. and I am an addicted to the good old Rhodie. In this song, the Rhodes creates the atmosphere and the melody (well sung by a good female voice that maybe I have already heard, I'm not a newbie in the indie world) does the rest, building a tasteful song.
